We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Accountant to join our dynamic team.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Document financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Process payments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain records of financial transactions and contracts.
  • Prepare and finalize payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle and replenish petty cash, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Prepare cheques and facilitate the payment process.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Secure financial information by completing database backups.
  • Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
  • Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
  • Maintain and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends including predictable executive reports cash flows.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices.
  • Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with established standards.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Previous auditing and bookkeeping experience are highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and payment systems.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid Qatar ID is a mandatory requirement.

Salary:
QAR6, QAR8,000.00 per month

  • Accountant: 3 years (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Doha: Relocate before starting work (required)
