The New Graduate Field Service Representative Program at Solar Turbines lays the groundwork for the future success of engineers and the organization. This 3-year rotational program for recent graduates provides hands-on experience, classroom training, and mentorship at different Solar locations in Germany, the Czech Republic, and the United States.

This program offers a unique opportunity to blend formal training with practical experience as a Field Service Representative. The training covers a wide range of topics including safety, gas turbine packages, controls systems, customer service, engine repair, power generation, troubleshooting, and on-site hands-on training.

Qualifications/Skills/Attributes:

  • Ability to travel extensively to Solar facilities and customer sites
  • Capacity to work effectively in high-pressure environments
  • Requirement to maintain relevant offshore medical and survival certifications
  • Essential IT proficiency
  • Strong teamwork and individual work capabilities
