    • Supervise and coordinate the dailyactivities of the housekeeping team, including room attendants,laundry attendants, and public areacleaners
    • Train and mentornew team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessaryskills and knowledge to perform their dutieseffectively
    • Conductregular inspections to ensure they meet high standards ofcleanliness andpresentation
    • Monitor andmaintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, placingorders asneeded
    • Collaborate withother departments, such as guest services and maintenance, toaddress any guest concerns or maintenanceissues
    • Ensure compliancewith all company policies and procedures, as well as health andsafety regulations
    • Assistwith scheduling and assigning duties to housekeeping team members,taking into account guest occupancy levels and specialrequests
    • Conductperformance evaluations and provide feedback to team members topromote a positive and productive workenvironment
    • Participate inregular meetings with management to discuss housekeeping operationsand make recommendations forimprovements

    Qualifications:

    • Highschool diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree inhospitality management or related fieldpreferred
    • Minimum of 3years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferablyin a hospitality
    • Strongleadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivateand mentor teammembers
    • Excellentattention to detail and organizationalskills
    • Knowledge ofhousekeeping procedures, equipment, and cleaningproducts
    • Ability to workflexible hours, including evenings, weekends, andholidays
    • Fluent inEnglish, additional languages aplus
