Job Purpose:_
- The Office Manager responsible for administrative support, coordination, and managing the everyday affairs of the Managing Director's office._
Key Responsibilities:_
- _Manage the daily operations of the Managing Director's office._
- _Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director, screening and redirecting inquiries where appropriate._
- _Monitor incoming requests to the Managing Director's office and ensure a trackable system of necessary responses. _
- _Maintain a calendar of appointments, meetings, travel, and other events of the Managing Director, and implement all associated organizational arrangements._
- _Manage all official correspondence to Executive Team members including meeting announcements._
- _Act as administrative liaison between business units/departments and Managing Director's Office._
- _Arrange logistics for meetings as needed including room and technology reservations._
- _Coordinate the agenda of executive meetings. Prepares minutes of the meetings and follows up on assigned action items._
- _Consolidate executive management dashboards/ updates and follows up on action/pending items. _

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:_
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience_
Technology Systems_
- _Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) _
Language:
- Arabic (required)
