Job summary
Internal Audit Strategic Planning: Conduct an annual risk assessment to develop Risk Based Audit Plan. Assist in preparing the Internal Audit plan and provide input to support Qatar Steel's overall IA strategic plan.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned duties with honesty diligence responsibility IIA Code of Ethics Standards Support IA Manager ensure organizational independence annually consult take necessary actions safeguard measures impaired independence Execution audits Annual Audit Plan submission timely accurate reports different stakeholders Participate kick-off meetings Internal Audit relevant internal stakeholders introduction scope objectives identification information documents Ensure applicable engagements assurance advisory executed establishment objectives scope documentation work programs testing results communication engagement results appropriate parties Review validate identified repeated irregularities collaborate relevant internal stakeholders identify resolve root causes escalate unresolved critical cases Internal Audit Manager decision-making Support conducting special assignments including audits investigations services directed breaches code ethics corruption fraud employees contractors Supporting Internal Auditor coordinating external stakeholders State Bureau External Auditors Emerging trends successful practices considered
