    • Respond and attend to guest repairrequests.
    • Understand and operate advancedelectrical system.

    • Check for newmaintenance requests from the maintenance planer and update remarksonce the task is completed.
    • Update themaintenance work order form / Job card and filethem.
    • Ability to interpret readings from meters& gauges and other measuringunits.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize workassignments.
    • Ability to work under pressuresituations and exercise goodjudgements.
    • Ability to focus attention ondetails, speed and accuracy.
    • Ability to readand understand test equipment, measuring devices, and safetymanuals.
    • Preform maintenance activities in theguest room like electrical equipment including lamps, switchesetc.
    • Perform maintenance activities in hotelpublic areas like maintenance of DB, SMDB, EDB, MCC, Switch gearsetc. Repairing all types of electricalequipment.
    • Test, troubleshoot and perform basicrepair on all types of electrical equipment.
    • Toclean, lubricate, protect, and otherwise maintain all tools andequipment in the hotel.
    • To operate as anindependent mechanic by analyzing problems, identifying courses ofaction, and implementing solutions with available resources and toa high degree of quality.
    • To be available forany emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to protectguests and associates, and preserve the building and its systemsduring the emergency.
    • Read and understandblueprints, schematic drawings, and technical partsbreakdown.
    • Carry out specific oral and writteninstructions.
    • Maintain maintenance inventoryand requisition parts and supplies asneeded.
    • Ensure uniform and personal appearanceare clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietaryinformation, and protect companyassets.
    • Maintains the hotel facility andrelated equipment in a safe and efficientmanner.
    • Performs other duties as assigned byEngineering Supervisor.
    • Follow up Company anddepartment safety and security policies and procedures to ensure aclean, safe, and secure environment. Attend all departmentaltrainings and other training program.
    • Reportwork related accidents, or other injuries immediately uponoccurrence to the shift in charge.
    • Use properequipment, wear appropriate personal protective equipment and usecorrect lifting procedures as necessary to avoid injury. Followhazardous Material management program procedures for handling anddisposing of chemicals etc. using material safety data sheets.Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/orreport them to Shift in charge. Follow policies and procedures forthe safe operation and storage of tools, equipment, and machines.Complete appropriate Fire and safety trainings and certificationsto perform work tasks.
    • Emergencies –To be available for any emergencies and act in a professionalmanner to protect our Guests, Staffs and preserve the HotelProperty and its system. Follow Hotel Emergencyplan.
    • To complete the personal daily jobrecord, time book accurately, and keep ready forinspection
