    Abouttheposition

    TheAnalyst will work within the team of Financial Planning &Analysis to assist with the development, implementation, andmaintenance of key reports, and of reporting and businessintelligence tools under the supervision of the Finance Specialist.


    The Analyst knows well the cycle of FP&A:
    planning,monitoring, and reporting.

    They will be able to assist withbusiness reporting and analytics and will be able to use EnterpriseResource Planning (ERP) solutions and Microsoft Power BI (or otherBI tools) to improve financial reporting.

    Theposition will be based in the operations center of the Americas,located in the Campus of Palmira,Colombia.

    KeyResponsibilities

    Assist with the maintenance of Budget data in the company sEnterprise Resource Planning(ERP).

    Support the program in other neededtasks.

    Prepare costing analysis upon demand and analyzes costs and trendsto reportback.

    Prepare internal reports timely and accurate, making sure they areinnovative.

    Support team with improvements to the excel workbooks and the ERPsystem.


    Assist with the development of financial reporting packages and beable to update and keep excel workbooks that have large datasets.

    Anticipates and propose reporting solutions and assist with datamanagement, data sources and dissemination to ensure timelydelivery ofservices.


    A power user of excel (know sumif, vlookup, pivot tables and more)and knowledge of of Mi- crosoft Power BI or any other BI solutionto improve financial reports aplus.

    Requirements

    Qualificationsandrequirements

    University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics,Accounting, or relatedcareers.

    At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in aninternationalorganization.

    Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions(preferably Unit4Enterprise Resource Planning) Experience andknowledge working with Microsoft PowerBI.

    Proficiency in relevant software packages (Microsoft Word, Excel,PowerPoint).

    A strong technological skill set, paired up with financial andaccountingknowledge.

    Working knowledge of financial systems, to elaborate financialreports in a systematicway.

    Intermediate to advanced level of English (oral andwritten).

    Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including the abilityto work effectively with other national, international, andculturalbackgrounds.

    Well-developed skills in personal organization, priority settingand problemsolving.

    Strong user/client orientation and serviceoriented.

    Ability to work with a high degree of independence within assignedareas.

    Thisis a national recruited position placed at a BG06, in a scale of 14levels, with level 14 being the highest.

    This is a Colombiannational search and will be managed through a fixed term contractof a one (1) year period, subject to a probation period accordingto the local legislation and is renewable depending on performanceand availability ofresources.
