Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
Office Organization:
- Ensure the office is wellorganized and presentable.
- Manage office supplies, placing orders as needed, and keeping inventory.
Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare meeting rooms and necessary materials for presentations.
- Client and Vendor Interaction:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Support in managing relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Data Entry and Reporting:
- Accurately enter and update data into various systems.
- Assist in generating reports and maintaining databases.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented and able to work independently.
