KEYROLE

Thisposition requires, at minimum, a current and active TS/SCI securityclearance. Military veterans highly encouraged toapply.

Support,plan, and program activities, including portfolio management, issuepaper support, program review support, responses to stakeholdersreports and audits, and federal document review support. Analyze,plan, program, and integrate supporting Special Access Program(SAP), Compartmented Access Program (CAP), and AlternativeCompensatory Control Mechanism (ACCM) programs. Identify gaps andseams across SAPs, CAPs, and ACCMs, recommending solutions andbuilding portfolios to assist with integration. Compose and writequality official correspondence, reports, letters, notices,instructions, and memoranda and documents for signature. ProvideSAP, CAP, and ACCM integration to bring together access mechanismsbetween DoD and the intelligencecommunities.

Requirements

BASICQUALIFICATIONS

• Applicantsselected will be subject to a security investigation and may needto meet eligibility requirements for access to classifiedinformation; TS/SCI clearance isrequired.
  
• 5+years of experience with working on Defense programs or projects
  
• Experiencewith SAPs, CAPs, orACCMs
  
• Experiencewith researching and writing background papers, talking points, andoral and written statements, including providing executive-levelbriefings
  
• Bachelorsdegree
