• Initiate Contracts with SGHA depending on Services required from Ground Handling perspective. Required to enter in to Negotiations with supplier/provider only for operational Terms & Conditions and not Commercial negotiations.
• Liaise within GS Management Operational teams and internal departments such as Procurement, Contracts and Finance to report performance issues on Supplier performance and take necessary action to resolve such issues.
• Initiate GHA SLA review and amendments in accordance with company requirements to ensure supplier/provider meets required standards.
