Join our team as a Facilities Assistant/Administrator and play a key role in maintaining our office environment and supporting administrative functions.
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and coordination skills to ensure our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative activities and ensure smooth daytoday operations
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and janitorial services
- Manage inventory of office and facilities supplies
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and appointments
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems and document management processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in facilities management, administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Pay:
QAR2, QAR2,800.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
