    POSITIONSUMMARY

    Check figures postings and documents foraccuracy. Organize secure and maintain all files records cash andcash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. Recordstore access and/or analyze computerized financial information.
    Classify code and summarize numerical and financial data to compileand keep financial records using journals ledgers and/or computers.
    Prepare maintain audit and distribute statistical financialaccounting auditing or payroll reports and tables. Completeperiodend closing procedures and reports as specified. Preparereview reconcile and issue bills invoices and account statementsaccording to company procedures. Followup and resolve past dueaccounts and vendor invoices until payment in full is received orresolved.


    Coordinate tasks and work with otherdepartments; serve as a departmental role model or mentor; assignand ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meetappropriate quality standards.

    Report work related accidents orother injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisor.

    Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform andpersonal appearance are clean and professional; maintainconfidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.

    Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepareand review written documents accurately and completely; answertelephones using appropriate etiquette.

    Develop and maintainpositive working relationships with others; support team to reachcommon goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns ofother employees.

    Move lift carry push pull and place objectsweighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
    Perform other reasonable job duties as requested bySupervisors.
