• Provide support to ContractsManager as the contract and commercial liaison between thefunctional groups, ensuring arcuate contractual data isused.
• Provide appropriate support and guidanceto the Contracts Manager and the project team for the effectivemanagement and administration of the Prime Contract and interactionwith the Client consistent with McDermott's practices andprocedural guidelines.
• Asist the ContractsManager to drive the change management process by identifying andpursuing opportunities for positive change to theproject
• Reports directly to the ProjectContracts Manager who in turn reports to the Project Manager whohas overall responsibility for delivery of the project within therequired cost and schedule constraints.
