The Project Manager is accountable for thefinancial and technical success of a project or segment of theproject. They manage project personnel to achieve projectobjectives and should consistently promote a culture of teamwork,collaboration, and success. The Project Manager learns from otherleaders and demonstrates values aligned with McDermott'svalues. They apply a basic understanding of McDermott'sbusiness to improve project cost-effectiveness, apply changemanagement, and improve project margin.
