• The position is deputized to theProject Manager EPC-1 or by delegation to the Project DivisionManager EPC-1B to be responsible and accountable for theEngineering, Procurement Construction and Completion (EPCC) scopesof a specified large area of the PLANT. The position requiresproven Project Management skills and experience includingexperience for similar large and complexProjects.
• First located at the EPC-1 Contractorhome offices, for a period of about 18 to 24 months, depending onthe area, the position shall then relocate to Site to oversee theexecution of the fabrication, construction, pre-commissioning,commissioning activities and then hand-over to Operations Expansionand Support Department in phases [Partial Handover Area 0 x andHandover Area 1 to 4].
• The position will havefull delegation from the Project Manager within his / her assignedarea, acting as a Project Manager that implies authority towardsthe Project Management Team, in particular Engineering, Contracts,Schedule, Quality and Information Management, Procurement,Construction Engineering and pre-commissioning/commissioningpreparation as well as ensuring that Operations ExpansionDepartment is kept informed and participate to key meetings anddecisions.
