Our esteemed partner, a globally recognised luxury hotel group are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Finance to join their team.

As the Director of Finance, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management
• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to drive profitability, cost efficiency, and revenue growth
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations to improve financial outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards
• Lead and develop a highperforming finance team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Collaborate with senior leadership, providing financial insights and guidance to support strategic decisionmaking
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CPA or other relevant professional certification
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
• Prior experience in a senior finance management position, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Proficient in financial management software and systems
