    Job Overview

    The Business Development Manager will drive new sales lead generation and contact establishment. This role involves identifying sales leads, developing proposals, pitching goods and services to new clients, and maintaining good relationships with new contacts.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and grow the client portfolio.
    • Conduct primary market and customer research to gain an in-depth understanding of the Qatar industry landscape, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
    • Negotiate and deliver persuasive presentations to key decision-makers.
    • Evaluate potential business opportunities, identify risks and challenges, and develop creative solutions using analytical skills.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets, drive revenue growth, and generate business opportunities aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement business development strategies, including market segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • At least 5 years of proven track record in business development.
    • In-depth industry knowledge and research skills.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Results-oriented mindset with strategic thinking abilities.
    • Team player with flexibility and adaptability.
