Responsible for supervising workers, guiding the construction works and other matters, ensuring that assigned tasks are done properly and completed as per schedule.


  • Ensures that the workers comply with site rules and regulations while monitoring their work quality.
  • Reads blueprints and construction plans, maintain equipment.
  • Works on the project site alongside the workers.
  • Preferably with a diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a construction setting, particularly on villa projects.
  • Possesses math ability, leadership, problemsolving and trade mastery with strong people skills to communicate and resolve issues with workers
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and an ability to delegate work appropriately.
