    Charterhouse is working in partnership with aGreen Commercial Laundry Service with the most luxurioushospitality accounts in Qatar. Our client is looking for a highlyexperienced, commercial General Manager from a production andservice environment.

    This role is a 360-role focused on operations,planning, service and budgets, with the ability to achieve turnovertargets in all areas.

    The General Manager will be responsible forensuring that the highest level of hygiene procedures and brandstandards are met. The role will also oversee building a skilledworkforce through recruitment and training programmes.

    The GeneralManager will also be tasked with the efficient and organizedmanagement of vehicle fleet operations, in line with the budgetaryand legal boundaries.

    Our client is looking for a competentcommunicator who is also confident in presenting to groups andindividuals, as well as discussing P&Ls.

    The role will alsobe focused on prevention of plant and machinery breakdown bymaintaining efficient operations and minimizing the loss ofproduction.

    Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experiencewith supporting and driving the sales and service team to ensuretargets are met and customer service standards remain consistentwith any complaint actioned immediately
