Job Description
:
Male Junior Accountant (with Qatar driving license)

Monthly Salary
:
QAR 2,500 plus FREE accommodation and transportation

Responsibilities:


Accounting:


  • Assist senior accountants in maintaining accurate financial records by entering data, verifying documents, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expenses while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports under the guidance of senior accounting staff.
  • Help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
  • Contribute to the monthend and yearend closing processes.

Administrative:


  • Complete bank deposits and other financial errands as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems for financial documents.
  • Provide support in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.

Driving:


  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, clients, and materials as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing routine checks and reporting any maintenance needs.
  • Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Adhere to traffic regulations and drive responsibly at all times.

Qualifications:


Education:


  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:


  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Responsible and safe driving record.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Experience:


  • Prior experience in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in driving and operating vehicles safely.

Other Requirements:


  • A valid Qatar driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to balance accounting and driving responsibilities.

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods.
  • Lift and carry moderately heavy items, such as office supplies and materials.

Salary:
From QAR2,500.00 per month
