Job summary

The CAFM Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the CAFM system, including logging service requests, dispatching and following up with technicians, and maintaining data integrity.


+3-5 years in helpdesk/reception/operations coordination in malls/hospitality/FM (Middle East preferred).
Mandatory: CAFM/CMMS experience (Yardi is a strong advantage).
Strong Excel and reporting discipline.
