As the Bell Attendant,you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to thehighest standards:

• Actively seek verbal feedback fromcustomers.
• Agree on and implement actions tomake improvements to customer service.
• PromoteHilton Honors and its associated benefits to guests who are notalready enrolled in the program, ensuring that existing HiltonHonors members receive personal and professional service thatrecognizes them as important guests and that their benefits arereceived.
• Positively deal with and learn fromcustomers' complaints and comments with follow-up andfeedback to the Front OfficeManager.
