What will I bedoing?

As the Chief Concierge,you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to thehighest standards:

• Developall luggage related procedures and ensure that they are wellfollowed by the Concierge / Transportationstaff.
• Ensure all information is updated andavailable for easy access for all Front Officeassociates.
• Ensure that the Front OfficeManager, Assistant Front Office Manager and Guest Service Managerare updated of any problems or difficulties encountered, so thatassistance is obtained.
• Train all Conciergeassociates in accordance to hotel standards, appraise theirperformances, recommend promotions or transfers and handledisciplinary actions.
