Job Purpose:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance work, including repairs, upgrades, and inspections.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure that maintenance work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of maintenance projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and expenses.
  • Identify and implement costsaving measures.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building maintenance management, with a minimum of [X years] of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.

Salary:
QAR15, QAR16,000.00 per month
