Charterhouse is working with a distinguished luxury hospitality brand, renowned for delivering outstanding guest experiences worldwide.

Our client is looking to hire a Cluster Director of Marketing, who will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives across the hotel's various attractions.


About the role

As the Cluster Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy across the hotels diverse range of offerings including retail, entertainment and waterpark/theme park.

The Cluster Director of Marketing will play a key role in elevating the brands awareness, driving customer engagement and ensuring a cohesive marketing approach.

Duties will include developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, analysing and identifying trends within the market and collaborating with cross-function teams to maximise growth generation.
