Job Objective
To ensure an effective and smooth translation of customer needs into new initiatives, helping businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the Business requirements and communicating/present them clearly to stakeholders and technical team in addition to contribute on the design/review of test cases and process change requests.
Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:
OPERATIONAL
- Managing the activities of maintaining the CSI register, Initiative register and service review reports
- Identify key stakeholders to understand where and how the stakeholders will contribute to each initiative.
- Document any concerns and weaknesses as pain points in the CSI register to start managing their continual improvement lifecycle.
- Define and document existing business processes and help to manage their continual improvement.
- Categorize and define the impact of each of the pain points in order to come up with a prioritized list of issues to analyze and benchmark.
- Define specific initiatives aimed at improving the pain points, based on the results of process evaluations and analysis.
- Prioritize the initiatives based on their impact and urgency and obtain approval from key stakeholders to start the requirements elicitation process.
- Delivery of business improvement projects to agreed quality and time, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged and involved at all relevant stages.
- Validate the business outcomes with the key stakeholders, then reevaluate and continuously monitor the applied changes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and deliver service improvement activity through employing process improvement methodologies.
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
- Perform periodical reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
- Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or onetime operational issues
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in highly analytical roles (customs, consulting, investment banking, product analytics, etc.)

From QAR12,000.00 per month

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
