Coordinate office activities and operations- Liaise with relevant organisations, departments and/or clients as needed
- Prepare necessary support documents for the PRO to be able to renew and process the required official documents of company, work permits, IDs, etc.
- Perform tasks relating to recruitment, employee services and staff concerns
- Provide periodic reports relating to HR functions
- Maintain and update employees directory list and client contact list
- Maintain calendar of weddings/events as per company rules and regulations
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Managing Director
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for office documentation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
