Coordinate office activities and operations

  • Liaise with relevant organisations, departments and/or clients as needed
  • Prepare necessary support documents for the PRO to be able to renew and process the required official documents of company, work permits, IDs, etc.
  • Perform tasks relating to recruitment, employee services and staff concerns
  • Provide periodic reports relating to HR functions
  • Maintain and update employees directory list and client contact list
  • Maintain calendar of weddings/events as per company rules and regulations
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Managing Director
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office for office documentation
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
