    As a Pastry Chef, you areresponsible for operating the pastry section of the kitchen whileworking closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to deliver anexcellent Guest and Member experience.

    A Pastry Chef will also berequired to plan production and develop seasonal offerings.

    Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the followingtasks to the highest standards:


    • Assist running thepastry section of the kitchen
    • Ensure excellent qualitythroughout the dessert offerings
    • Bring creativity to thepastry offerings
    • Supervise and coordinate all pastry anddessert preparation and presentation
    • Plan production tofacilitate daily requirements
    • Develop appropriateseasonal menu offerings
    • Manage food cost controls tocontribute to Food and Beverage revenue
    • Ensurecompliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations Whatare we looking for? Pastry Chefs serving Hilton brands are alwaysworking on behalf of our Guests and working with other TeamMembers.
    To successfully fill this role, you should maintain theattitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:


    • Aminimum of 2 years as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry ChefExperience with high volume food production
    • Approachespastry in a creative way
    • Strong supervisory skills
    • A current, valid, and relevant trade qualification(proof may be required)
    • Positive attitude
    • Good communication skills
    • Committed to delivering a highlevel of customer service
    • Excellent grooming standards
    • Excellent planning and organising skills
    • Dedicated to the delivery of exceptional service and continuousimprovement It would be advantageous in this position for you todemonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
    • Relevant qualifications for role
    • Ability to work avariety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings
