    A Receptionist providesreception services for Guests to contribute to an overallexceptional experience from check-in through check-out and completeaudits, as required.

    What will I be doing? As Receptionist, youwill provide reception services for Guests to contribute to anoverall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out andcomplete audits, as required.

    A Receptionist contributes to thefirst impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform thefollowing tasks to the highest standards:


    • Achievepositive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficientmanner
    • Ensure an efficient reception experience forGuests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures, asrequired
    • Ensure that both the Front Office Manager andReception Supervisors are kept fully aware of any relevant feedbackfrom guests and, or, other departments
    • Demonstrate ahigh level of customer service at all times
    • Attendappropriate training courses, when required, and assist with theNight Team's training and development efforts
    • Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates,packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessaryto perform daily duties
    • Maximize room occupancy and useup-selling techniques to promote Resort services and facilities
    • Use the correct procedures regarding the acceptance offoreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with thehotel credit policy
    • Comply with hotel security, fireregulations and all health and safety legislation
    • Act inaccordance with policies and procedures when working with front ofhouse equipment and property management systems
    • Followcompany brand standards
