Receive and inspect incoming catering supplies and verify quantities against purchase orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system.
Organize and store supplies in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and minimizing waste.
Monitor stock levels and place orders for replenishment as needed.
Collaborate with the kitchen and catering staff to ensure timely delivery of supplies for events.
Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations in storage areas.
Assist with the preparation and packaging of supplies for delivery.
Handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to inventory or supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized store area, including proper disposal of waste and recycling. Bachelors Degree / Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the catering industry.
Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record and track inventory.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
