Roles & Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support for management
  • Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
  • Coordinate meetings, and training seminars & interviews.

Experience/Knowledge & skills

  • Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or secretary
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Flexibility
  • Familiarity with labor laws
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or relevant field
