Roles & Responsibility
- Provide administrative support for management
- Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
- Coordinate meetings, and training seminars & interviews.
Experience/Knowledge & skills
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or secretary
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Flexibility
- Familiarity with labor laws
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork skills
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or relevant field
