    موظفة استقبال

    • استقبال الزوار والترحيب بهم بطريقة مهنية وودّية.
    • الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية الواردة، تحويلها أو تصفيتها حسب الحاجة.
    • إدارة عمليات الاستقبال، بما في ذلك سجلات الزوا.
    • جدولة المواعيد والاجتماعات وحجوزات قاعات الاجتماعات والتأكد من تأكيدها.
    • استلام وفرز وتوزيع البريد والطرود.
    • تقديم الدعم الإداري بما في ذلك إدخال البيانات، حفظ الملفات، وإعداد الوثائق.
    • التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان سير العمليات المكتبية بسلاسة.

    المؤهلات والمهارات:

    • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (ويفضل حملة الدبلوم أو البكالوريوس).
    • خبرة مثبتة في العمل كموظف استقبال أو ممثل استقبال أو دور مشابه.
    • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي.
    • قدرات قوية في التنظيم وإدارة المهام المتعددة.
    • إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • القدرة على التعامل مع المعلومات الحساسة بسرية تامة.
    • اجادة اللغتين العربية و الانكليزية
