ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll DoUnder theIndia Service Center directorate, the primary responsibility of theposition is to manage employee relations and all life supportservices aligned to the V2X's Other Country National(OCN) direct hires and ensure compliance thereof, all in accordancewith the applicable Prime Contractual Terms and Conditions, FederalAcquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal AcquisitionRegulation (DFAR) clauses, Host Nation Laws and V2X'spolicies and procedures Secondary duties will include assistingwith researching and analyzing market data for OCN labor rates andlife support and participation in strategies related to make decisions regarding labor commodities.
The SPOS should have agood understanding of life support operations, Host Nation Laws,data research methodologies, Combatting Traffic in Person (CTIP)compliance guidelines, resource allocation, mentoring andperformance assessments.
The position requires very goodcommunication skills, excellent leadership traits and the abilityto function efficiently and effectively within a diverse team and amulti-cultural environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for alllife support services to include, but not limited to, roomassignment, soft pack issuance, submission and the tracking of workorders (cradle to grave), and employee welfare and morale.
Performsorientation and conducts sanitary, safety and CTIP inspections(with/without the customer) to ensure compliance with the leaseagreement, the prime contractual terms and conditions andV2X's policies and procedures.
Responsible for maintainingemployee records, personal and business information, uniform/PPEand Vectrus property issuance, accountability, and thesynchronization of domicile/work transportation to shiftschedules.
Maintains inventory and generates purchase requests forcommodity orders and/or stock replenishment.Required to maintainany assigned India Service Center registers and compile inspectionreports.
Responsible for providing, maintaining, and disseminatingprudent, most current CTIP, Host Nation, Customer or V2X drivenand/or any relevant external source of information to the OCNdirect hires.
Acts as the intermediary between V2X personnel,leasing agent, all subcontractors, and India Service Centermanagement.Will be required to use a V2X Purchase Card and submitexpense reports in compliance with the procurement policies andprocedures.
Assists with self-performance research, labor rateanalysis and life support activities to determine commodity,economic and visa/residency requirement trends.
Performs otherduties and assignments as required.
QualificationsEducation:
One-year related experience may be substituted for one year ofeducation, if degree is required.
Bachelor's degree inoperations or human Resources or another related field ispreferred.
Experience:
Minimum three (3) years' experienceworking in an operational staffing environment or another relatedfield
Collaboration/Teamwork:
Must be able to effectivelycommunicate in English, possess strong organizational and computerskills and be articulate.
Must be able to work under pressure,individually or in a team and be service oriented.
OtherRequirements:
Valid Light Duty Qatar Driving License.
The positionrequires the ability to schedule work/shift timings between theassigned OCN accommodation, purchasing and/or the collection ofcommodities on the economy and administrative duties at the placeof abode in a flexible/remote office type environment.
Shift workand/or flexible working hours and/or overtime and/or assigned restday rotation may be required. Subject environmental conditionsactivities can occur both inside and outside.Software:
Excellentworking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeMust be able to learnPowerApps and ICAMS work order systems.
