- Coordinateintegration activities and support management of change forstandardization of business processes IT systems training andculture sustainment.
- Supportthe Integration Management Office strategy in line with the overallcorporate strategy and ensure its horizontal integration withinterfacing Group strategies across the company.
- Coordinate integration activitiesensuring timely closure. Communicate with different departments toensure work is completed as per milestones and endgoals ensuringrisk registration with mitigation plans.
- Ensure standardization of businessprocess and practices across all Groups and provide standardizedinput to IT about the endstate. Utilizing QGMS steering committeeapproach ensure establishment of process advisory boards to executeand monitor change in each process.
- Ensure maximization of effectivenessand efficiency with optimized cost across the company throughstreamlining optimum capacity utilization and maximum occupancy byidentifying tracking and following up on the implementation ofinfrastructure logistics and office utilization opportunities inboth South and North operations.
- Providetechnical support and expertise to the Integration Manager toensure decisions are carried out in a timely and professionalmanner.
- Conduct analysisdevelop reports and carry out investigations on strategicoperational or financial topics for the department.
- Coordinate MLT meetings bysetting the date preparing and sending out the agenda circulatingthe meeting minutes and decisions and following up on action itemsensuring their completion.
- Bachelorsdegree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- 8years of experience in Oil & Gas industry of which minimum3 years is spent in a corporate role.
- Change managementexperience in corporateenvironment.
