• Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics,and competitor activities.

• *Qualification, Experience and Skills** - Bachelor's degreein Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field(Master's degree preferred). - Proven track record ofsuccessful sales achievements in the real estate sector. - Solidexperience in a sales management role, preferably with Marriott orother reputable hospitality brands. - Strong understanding of thereal estate market, including trends, regulations, and customerneeds. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonalskills. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationshipswith key clients and stakeholders. - Experience in managing andmotivating a sales team to meet or exceed targets. - Proficiency inCRM systems and sales reporting tools. - Experience working withluxury real estate projects. - Knowledge of property development,investment, and financing processes. - Familiarity with customerrelationship management in the real estate industry. - Professionalcertifications or training in sales, real estate, or related fieldsNote: Please attach your updated CV
