• Appraise product quality inaccordance with the Project Quality Plan, Inspection & TestAan and Scope of work and determine conformity and non-conformity.All inspection results need to be documented and if non-conformityexists, documentation shall be raised to establish correctiveaction, preventive actions and rootcause.
• Co-ordinate with Operations, ProductionSupervisor, Client, Job Sharing personnel and subcontractorassuring conformity to projectrequirements.
• Perform Material receiving andfield installation inspections of electrical, instrumentation,telecommunication, Cathodic protection in accordance with projectrequirements and scope of work as noted within the Project QualityPlan / Inspection Test Plan.
• Proactive approachin prevention of a nonconformance by conducting regularsurveillance inspections and interaction with respectivedepartments.
• Conduct internal audits to assessthe effectiveness of Quality System outlined in Project QualityPlan / Inspection Test Plan.
• Conductsurveillance audit during execution of the project as perapplicable procedures and plans.
• Performsurveillance checks on Electrical, Instrument, Telecomequipment's and materials Storage and preservation inconstruction site and at Warehouses.
• WitnessE&VT and CP pre-commissioning and performance acceptancetests to the acceptance criteria as per establishedparameters.
• Ensure progressive completion ofinspection reports, RFPs and testreports.
