• Predominantly field based toassist and witness the execution of the Pre-Comm and Commissioningactivities of the ELICS system.
• ProvidesElectrical pre-comm/comm expertise & guidance, to lead safeexecution of the Electrical Pre-Comm and Commissioning scope ofwork for the Electrical Control system in accordance with projectdeliverables and executionschedule.
• Demonstrate leadership in planningand execution driving EPC contractor to deliver as per projectmilestones.
• Provide leadership in the Field andSub Stations with EPC Contractor, vendor & Sub-contractorsin troubleshooting efforts to diagnose, formulate and resolveissues with Electrical / controls systems and difficulties fromtest execution during SAT/Loop Test, Function Test and energizationthat impedes efficient progress.
• Assist todevelop, review and approve Electrical Pre-Comm/Comm checksheets,procedures, method statements, work packages, schedules, andprovides supervision of pre-comm/comm scope of work by EPCcontractor, supports contractor by helping to address gaps andcoordination with operations and other disciplines within CPYteam.
• Guides EPC Contractor'sElectrical pre-comm/comm activities and validating contracts,including vendors, subcontractor resources, personnelqualifications, usage of appropriate tools; adherence to projectobjectives, requirements, specifications, and verificationprocesses. Provide assurance of CTR/SCTR adhere to Project SHESprocedures
• Report generation and validating /invalidating testing and commissioningresults.
• Participate in witnessing systemtesting, attend RFC and RFSU walkdowns, punch listing and review ofRFSU and handover dossiers.
• Activelyparticipate in Tool Box Talks, Task Instructions and SHES relatedwalkdowns
