• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and maintaining files and records
• Assist with website maintenance and updates.
• Analyze and report on digital marketing campaigns, including KPIs and ROI
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the team on marketing strategies and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and administrative support
• Knowledge of relevant software such as contract management tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software including Salesforce is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with website platforms (such as WordPress) is a plus
