Position Overview:
(Arabic & English proficiency required)

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daytoday operations of the valet driving company, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring timely service delivery.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize wait times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to hire, train, and supervise valet staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards and policies.
Monitor and maintain vehicle fleet, ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols are followed.
Oversee customer interactions, handling any escalated issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, service requests, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of valet services for special events and busy periods.
Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance performance.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative approaches to elevate the valet driving experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
A minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or hospitality sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Proficiency in using operational software and tools to manage schedules, track performance, and analyze data.
Problemsolving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fastpaced environment.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Flexibility to work irregular hours and adapt to changing operational demands.

Salary:
QAR12,000.00 per month
