Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
1.
Sales Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, leads, and referrals.
- Conduct cold calls, inperson meetings, and presentations to showcase our pest control services.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to achieve sales targets.
2.
Consultative Selling:
- Understand clients' pest control needs and challenges by conducting thorough assessments.
- Provide tailored solutions and recommendations based on clients' specific requirements.
- Effectively communicate the value of our services and how they address clients' pest management concerns.
3.
Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, establishing trust and rapport.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
4.
Proposal Development:
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotes for clients, outlining services, costs, and terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized pest control plans that align with clients' needs.
5.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team for continuous improvement of our services.
6.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
- Generate regular sales reports to present performance metrics and achievements.
7.
Networking:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional network and promote our services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pest control sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong knowledge of pest control products, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand clients' needs and provide effective solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients onsite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional certifications or training in pest control, sales, or related fields are a plus.
Compensation:
Compensation will be competitive and will include a base salary along with commission and potential bonuses based on sales performance.
Salary:
From QAR6,000.00 per month
