Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


1.

Sales Generation:


  • Identify and target potential clients through research, leads, and referrals.
  • Conduct cold calls, inperson meetings, and presentations to showcase our pest control services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to achieve sales targets.

2.

Consultative Selling:


  • Understand clients' pest control needs and challenges by conducting thorough assessments.
  • Provide tailored solutions and recommendations based on clients' specific requirements.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our services and how they address clients' pest management concerns.

3.

Relationship Building:


  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, establishing trust and rapport.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.

4.

Proposal Development:


  • Prepare detailed proposals and quotes for clients, outlining services, costs, and terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized pest control plans that align with clients' needs.

5.

Market Research:


  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the management team for continuous improvement of our services.

6.

Sales Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Generate regular sales reports to present performance metrics and achievements.

7.

Networking:


  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional network and promote our services.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pest control sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong knowledge of pest control products, techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand clients' needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients onsite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education:


  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Additional certifications or training in pest control, sales, or related fields are a plus.

Compensation:


Compensation will be competitive and will include a base salary along with commission and potential bonuses based on sales performance.


Salary:
From QAR6,000.00 per month
