Job Responsibilities
:
SAP CONSULTANT - BW/BI

  • Assist Project Manager in delivering project deliverables within the approved timeline and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from various business functions to implement the project scope.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and create blueprint and design documents with inputs from functional SMEs and IT.
  • Provide solution design inputs and analytics structure for Operations Groups to enhance user experience.
  • Test developed dashboards and reports to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Manage changes identified during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Data Validation, and Post Golive Support for timely resolution.
  • Communicate with users and provide training to improve their experience in accessing KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
  • Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong multitasking skills, handling longterm projects along with immediate demands.
  • Collaboration and achieving actionable results.
  • Building sustainable relationships and interacting across all levels of the organization.
  • General understanding of crossfunctional business processes impacting O&G Operations value chain.
  • Exceptional English language proficiency with strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Education:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or Data Science.
  • Certification in one of the leading Business Analysis Practices is desirable.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with at least 5 years focused on Business Analysis/Business Process Management.
  • Familiarity with Usercentered design principles, process transformation, and data analytics.
  • Experience in projects related to Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Digital Transformation is advantageous.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months


Salary:
QAR27,000.00 per month

  • Oil & Gas: 8 years (required)
  • Business Analysis role: 5 years (preferred)
