AEA Designs seeks to advance its team and is seeking hand workers dedicated to their own and the company's growth—people who can find answers to questions and don't believe in the impossible. There are always ways to do things. We need to find the right ways to get there.

·AEA Designs needs a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Project Engineer with extensive experience in Interior fit out with experience in the gulf in hospitality, retail, and residential sectors.

·Experienced in working with MEP specialists and testing process of their works and needs to be familiar with consultant approvals for interior fit-out.

·The Project Engineer is the project owner and is responsible for the complete project from A-Z and must coordinate with the different teams to get the project's needs.

·The Project Engineer is responsible for the project progress works and the daily duties and responsibilities of the teams and sub-contractors. The Project Engineer is responsible for making sure the work goes on as scheduled and should be able to deal with daily issues that come up on-site and find solutions for the problems . The Project Engineer must have authority and presence to control the works on site and manage the laborers and subcontractors working on site. The Project Engineer is responsible for preparing reports of site progress and escalating when issues beyond his/her control accrue.

·Project Engineer must have a good knowledge of AutoCAD, detail drawing, and shop drawing with the ability to modify the plans if needed . Also, follow the drawing and make sure the execution of works matches the detailed plans.

·It is also essential to have the ability to measure and prepare a site survey when needed.

·The Project Engineer should keep tabs on all the workers who entered and left the site daily, along with all the materials that entered the site.

·It is essential to communicate with the designers and consultants on-site and in the office . It is equally essential to communicate and give clear instructions to the subcontractor and the laborers on site . Ability to follow process , form, and prepare all required reports daily, and excellent communication skills are necessary.

·Good Knowledge of MEP, woodwork, and finishes installation is required. Good knowledge of interior design is required. The Project Engineer is also responsible for identifying the snag works required and submitting a report of the rectifications required by subcontractors.

·The project Engineer should have Contractual skills. He needs to know the Variation and Extension of time claims with the clien t. Likewise, he needs to have the knowledge to respond to Subcontractors' contractual letters, variations, and delays .

·The Project Engineer should have planning skills and be able to create the Project schedule planning and monitor it throughout the project till completion.

·The Project Engineer must be familiar with Processes dealing with Consultants or Stakeholders to obtain necessary work permits .

·The Project Engineer must have good skills in HSE requirements at the site.

·The Project Engineer must have good knowledge about the method of statement of the different activities of fit-out trades, including ITP procedures.

·The Project Engineer knows well about the Handover procedure and prepares Project close-out documents.

·Fast learner adapting to new processes.

· Detail-oriented and have a good understanding of high-end finishing.

·Good AutoCAD

·Good knowledge of interior drawing and architectural detailing, along with interior shop drawings, is required.

·MEP works understanding is required.

·Work experience in the gulf

·Excellent English speaking, writing, and reading.

·Ability to follow process.

·Good Arabic speaking and writing is a plus.
