• Assisting local teams and servicepartners on the installation and commissioning ofchargers.
• Performing service tasks such asinstallation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenanceactivities and identifying technical problems and analyzing thesolutions based on the same.
• Contributing tocustomer satisfaction by delivering the tasks based on the customerexpectation and identifying new salesopportunities.
• Maintaining good relationshipwith customers.
• Preparing and ensuring allmaterials, parts and equipment are available as per therequirement.
• Offering advice on complexelectrical or mechanical problems based on data obtained from cloudconnected service systems.
• Ensuring thetroubleshooting activities are carried out effectively andproviding solutions to avoid the occurrence of the equipmentfailure in the future.
• Assisting the managementby providing improvement actions on operational aspects andcustomer service.
• Ensuring the safety rules andguidelines are practiced and followed in the team and reporting ifthere are any deviations fromit.
