Key Responsibilities:

1.


Internal Auditing:


  • Conduct thorough internal audits of financial processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Identify and assess financial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
2.


Financial Reporting:


  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
3.


Budget Management:


  • Work closely with project managers and finance teams to oversee project budgets and financial performance.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
4.


Compliance and Risk Management:


  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
5.


Team Collaboration:


  • Work closely with finance teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior finance staff as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CMA, or CIA is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 15 years of cumulative experience in internal auditing and accounting.
  • Extensive experience in the construction industry is a must.

Requirements:


  • Arab Nationality.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
  • Indepth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and auditing standards.
  • Familiarity with systems and financial software.

Experience:


  • Accounitng/Auditing: 10 years (required)
