    Administrative Coordinator - Dukhan, Qatar

    We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at a reputable organization in Dukhan, Qatar. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks and providing support to the management team.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage and coordinate various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
    • Assist with the organization and coordination of internal events and meetings.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of paperwork.
    • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
    • Provide support to the management team by conducting research, preparing presentations, and handling any other ad hoc tasks as needed.
    Requirements
    • Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    Preferred Requirements
    • African nationality preferred, but not mandatory. All nationalities are encouraged to apply.
    • No English language proficiency required for this position.
    • Must possess a biometric passport or have the ability to obtain one.
