Job summary
We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to build and scale a strong sales pipeline for ticketing and experiences in Qatar.This role is focused on origination identifying pitching and closing partnerships with event organizers venues experience providers and promoters.
- Pipeline Development Deal Origination Build manage a robust sales pipeline live events concerts sports cultural events Experiences attractions tours lifestyle experiences
- Proactively source engage Event organizers promoters Venues experience operators Entertainment lifestyle partners
- Owne the full sales cycle Lead generation pitch negotiation deal closure onboardng handover Partnerships Relationship Management Leverage existing local network unlock high value partnerships Establish long term trust based relationships assigned partners Identify upsell cross sell opportunities across platform Market Development Strategy Identify white spaces gaps local ticketing experiences market Provide market feedback pricing models commission structures product feature needs Work closely internal teams Ops Marketing Product ensure successful launches campaigns Performance Reporting Maintain accurate pipeline tracking forecasting Report on Pipeline value Closed deals Revenue contribution Deliver against agreed commercial targets KPIs Requirements Years of experience sales partnerships business development ideally within Ticketing Events Entertainment Hospitality lifestyle platforms Demonstrated ability build pipeline scratch Strong existing network Qatars events entertainment ecosystem Proven track record closing commercial deals Strong negotiation stakeholder management skills Comfortable working fast paced target driven environment Excellent communication English Arabic
