• *What You'll Be Doing** *Effectively manage the site supervision team and ensurethe works are being carried out according to the contractspecifications.*
• *Review, monitor, and reportconstruction progress*
• *Review material submittals,method statements, shop drawings, quantity surveys, payments,variation orders, claims, HSE.*
• *Plan, co-ordinate andmonitor activities of site supervision team, and sub-consultants,ensure quality assurance system is properly implemented andmaintained.*
• *Monitor the quality of materials andworkmanships during installation.*
• *Liaise with SiteStaff ensuring all are kept informed of all relevant projectmatters/issues.*
• *Liaise with and advise the client onconstruction quality and progress*
• *Coordinate with theauthorities, ensure NOC's are secured and are up to date** *Liaise with Client, SRE, Contractor and concernedAuthorities for resolution of project issues as necessary** *Co-ordinate with site staff and contractor to resolveissues in a timely manner.*
• *Maintain risk register andrelevant supporting documents*
• *Coordinate withconsultants/contractors within the project and others where thereis interface with neighboring sites*
• *Monitor the sitesafety practices ensuring compliance with project requirements.** *Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.** *Quality Assurance documentation and registers inrelation to the assigned work on the project are produced and wellmaintained*
• *Assist in contract administration, shouldbe familiar with the conditions of the contract*
• *Provide final approval of the completed works and arrangeHandover.*
• *What Required Skills You'll Bring** *15 years Total Work Experience (minimum 10 years asRE)*
• *Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering(or related) fields*
• *Qatar MoECC registration isrequired*
• *Chartered engineer or Professional Engineeris a plus*
• *Construction/design experience inInfrastructure works and drainage systems*
• *Teamplayer, take responsibility for performance, health, and safety.** *Excellent working knowledge of all construction relatedactivities*
• *Computer skills (MS Excel, Power Point) isrequired*
• *Excellent communication skills in Englishboth written and spoken.*
