Job Summary We areseeking a Strategy Specialist to join the Strategy, BD & MarketImpact Division of the LTC Business & Project DevelopmentDepartment.

The Strategy, BD & Market Impact Division isresponsible for four main areas:
Strategy & BusinessDevelopment, Market Intelligence, Economical & Financialanalysis, and general program support.

The Strategy Specialistprimary role is to review the strategy and critically comment onthe strategic implications of the external business environment onthe strategy & business results.

Collect and analyze theshareholder expectations, macro-economic and market trends, marketresearch data for Downstream petrochemicals and actual businessperformance. Scan the competitive landscape to find opportunitiesof expansion and business development. The candidate will alsocoordinate the development of new strategy, provide analyticalsupport and facilitate strategic decision-making.


Responsibilities:

• Act as a "Strategy Advisor" for the Liquid toChemical program and related issues, providing strategic andprocess-related insights to the LTC Business & ProjectDevelopment Department.
• Provide commercial andtechnical expertise in executing the downstream strategy, includingevaluating strategic options, identifying tradeoffs, and developingimplementation plans.
• Play a leading role inthe development and updates of the LTC's Strategy in collaborationwith other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across various businessand support lines.
• Generate and proposestrategic options to management, supported by appropriateanalysis.
• Initiate, organize, and overseemanagement-approved studies and investigations related to planningand program implementation.
• Provide expertsupport to the concerned division to ensure the success ofprojects.
• Mentor, train, and develop youngprofessionals in the field

Requirements:

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran, SaudiArabia.
• Hold a Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration,Accounting, Finance, or a closely related specialty.
• An MBA or a relevant advanced degree is stronglypreferred.
• Have a minimum of 15 years ofexperience in strategy development, strategic planning, andscenario planning within the oil and gas and petrochemicalsindustry.
