    Identify and assess customers' needs, based on the direct interaction at the Kiosk.
    Supply the company management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
    Generate sales leads through a competent and positive representation of the company and good knowledge of the company offerings.
    Keep records of customer interactions; and establish and file documents.
    Collect and collate customer information (contact details etc.) to establish and keep an up-to-date customer database.
    Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
    Fluent in Arabic and English language.
