Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Doha, Qatar. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with travel consulting, management, and arrangements. This includes providing excellent customer service, making reservations, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to make reservations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo and other airline and booking platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailoriented and proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field preferred
• Capability to manage tasks effectively in highpressure situations.
• Familiarity with the TRAACS system is required
